⚠️ IMPORTANT REMINDER
Please be advised that, effective March 9, 2026, the submission of tickets as a guest user will be discontinued in accordance with the implementation of the Ticketing System with Approval Workflow.

To ensure proper ticket logging and tracking, users must authenticate using the following credentials:

• Username: Local part of your CBDI email address (eg. jrdelacruz)
• Password: Employee number given by HR (eg. 123456789)
